Food Safety

The purpose of the ISO 22000 family of International Standards addresses food safety management and ensures hazard control. Its requirements are based on the PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Check and Act), it is being adopted in several countries and it is one of the fastest growing standards worldwide in terms of number of certificates issued.

ISO 22000 can be adopted by any organization in the food production chain, whether it is organizations engaged in marketing, manufacturing, processing and distributing food, it is also applicable to producers, retailers, suppliers, commercial kitchens and their suppliers.
